Use Next Gen AV Power Management with Extron Control Systems

We are pleased to introduce the IPL EXP PDU4H control system power expansion interface that provides centralized power management for small to medium sized AV systems. It delivers the ability to control individual AC outputs remotely and allows for aggregate current sensing. The IPL EXP PDU4H is Ethernet enabled and features four AC outputs, four manual control ports, and a relay for additional system support. It is designed to be used with an IPCP Pro xi Series control processor for secure, encrypted power control of attached devices. It can also operate independently using a secure Extron API, enabling seamless integration for specialized applications. The IPL EXP PDU4H is housed in a compact 1U half rack enclosure that offers a broad variety of mounting options.

Power up Sequencing

* In the event of power loss and restart, power outlet receptacles can be powered on sequentially with a user-configurable delay between each one preventing a power overload spike and a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker from occurring.

What you need to get started

To get started with DARC AoIP is extremely simple. You only need two components:

(1) Dante Audio Source – You need to connect your audio sources, such as your microphones, headphones, phone systems, automation, etc…, to the Dante audio network. You can do this using the Simple IP analog or digital nodes, Dante AVIO adapters, Dante Virtual Sound Card, or any other Dante enabled device. Once your device(s) is connected to the Dante network, this step is complete.

(2) DARC Virtual software – Then all you need is the DARC Virtual console software ran on a Windows PC (not included). This software is designed to recognize Dante devices on your Local Area Network (LAN), and then gives you the ability to control any of these devices.

Optional – You can now connect other optional equipment to your Dante network to expand your setup as necessary. Whether you want to use a physical control surface such as the DARC Surface, or add more equipment to your Dante AoIP network such as Simple IP. It is all expandable to as large as you want or need.

Lumantek ez-Pro VS10 3G-SDI/HDMI Video Switcher with 5″ LED Touchscreen

The standalone 10 x 1 ez-Pro VS10 3G-SDI/HDMI Video Switcher from Lumantek is designed for live events. Integrated scaling enables you to mix and match up to ten SD, HD, 3G-SDI, and HDMI signals.
